Zack Rodger is the Enterprise Platform Manager at Focal Point Care. As primary administrator of the company’s Creatio CRM, Zack turns what teams need into workflows, automations and clear specs, writes custom code when it’s needed, and trains people to use what gets built. Zack Rodger is the Enterprise Platform Manager at Focal Point Care, where the job is making the systems a business runs on simpler, smarter and easier to use.

As primary administrator of the company’s Creatio CRM, Zack sits between the people doing the work and the systems they do it in: listening to teams, mapping how work should move between them, automating the busywork, and writing JavaScript, C# and SQL for smaller changes and functional specs for bigger ones. Training materials, SOPs and onboarding sessions make sure every department works the same way, and regular data checks keep leadership’s dashboards honest.

That work grew out of design. Zack spent four years as a web designer and developer at QRM, a Focal Point Care company, after earlier roles leading a rebrand for The Freedom Practice and designing for Golden Boat Lifts. Six years of brand, web and UI design for healthcare, law and real estate shape how the systems look and feel, and Zack still leads web design across the family of companies.
